No. I build the full site first. You pay $499 only when you've seen it, asked for your changes and you're happy with it. If you don't like it, you owe nothing.
No. You pay $499 once. Hosting runs on a fast global network at no monthly cost to you. The only recurring cost is your domain name, usually about $10–20 a year, paid directly to your registrar.
Yes. I rebuild it with a modern, phone-friendly design and keep your current web address, so customers and Google still find you in the same place.
You do. The domain stays in your name and the site is yours.
